The Roma Hotel is located in the center of the city and in approximately 6 km (3.5 miles) to the International airport. The centre of Hurghada is compact and can be explored on foot. Public minibuses are a cheap and frequent way of getting around although they can get crowded.

Accommodations:

This four-floor hotel features 147 guestrooms, with modern decor, light wood furniture and tiled floors.

The double rooms are furnitured modernly and besides a separate and spacious bathroom with WC/bidet/shower they are equipped with sat-TV, phone, air conditioner and minibar. You have the choice between a kingsize- or two double beds and pool- or seaview. All rooms have their own balcony, access to the big roof-terrace or are located at a second terrace with own swimming pool.

8 suites are designed extremely spacious and offer enough comfort for even the biggest family. A living room with large sofa (can be enlarged to an extra bed) belongs to the furniture as well as a kitchenette, dining table and bathroom with shower. The separate sleeping-room with kingsize bed has an additional bathroom (shower/WC/bide) and its own balcony. Minibar, sat-TV,air-conditioning and telephone are of course part of the standard.

Swimming pool – indoor, swimming pool – outdoor, swimming pool - children's, private beach, health club, billiards, volleyball, horse riding, bicycle rentals, nightclub, limo or Town Car service, banquet facilities, conference room(s), meeting rooms (small groups), beauty center. The gift shop sells souvenirs and holiday essentials, while multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can provide currency exchange, concierge services and arrange laundry and dry cleaning. Room service is available at all hours.

The private beach of the hotel with its fine sand and crystal clear water is only separated by a small road from the hotel building and with its size of about 10000 sq. m. it offers enough space for tranquility and relaxation. A swimming pool with a separate children’s pool; and waterslide for the fans of sweet-water are part of the beach as well. Sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas are as a matter of course free of charge. Unfortunately it is not possible for our guests to enter the beach area from sunset till 7:00 due to legal reasons.

Health Club is opened continuously from 10 am until 10 pm and besides intensive fitness training many other kinds of physical distraction such as sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath and different kinds of massages as well as cosmetical treatment, manicure and pedicure are offered.

Diving Center

If you decide to spend your vacation on the Red Sea you shouldn’t miss the opportunity of exploring the world’s most popular diving sport. Located directly on the beach is the IMEI (International Middle East Instructors) diving School of the hotel with its well-qualified and professional instructors. Aqua Center

If you don’t like diving or you have any other reasons for not participating in this sport, may be snorkeling is made for you. Besides equipment-rental and surfing the Aqua center on the beach offers the possibility of booking daily trips, e.g. to Giftun Island.

Telephone Operator and Mony Exchange

Beside the reception you will find the Telephone Operator for national and international telephone calls and the counter of the Bank Of Alexandria where you can change your foreign currency into Egyptian Pounds. If you need a safety deposit box for locking up your values the hotel will offer you one with pleasure. Needless to say that this service is free of charge. The Roma accepts payments in cash or with all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
