The resort located on the Red Sea on a  sandy beach is about 8 km from Downtown (the old center of Hurghada) Hurghada and 4 km from the Airport, in the touristic area, at the southern end of the resort, bars, shops and cafes are all within easy walking distance. The Sultan Beach is the well established hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and in great location.

The resort has 326 rooms including standard rooms, villas, suites and studios with sea view or mountain view. All rooms are well furnished with twin or double beds, satellite television, mini bar (locked unless key requested), hairdryer, private bathroom with shower, wc and private balcony or terrace.

Dining and entertainment is offered at the Main Restaurant – “Palma” Restaurant, a la Carte Italian restaurant, Twister Pub, Billiard and Snooker Room, Pool and Beach bar, Bedouin tent.
