Individual Travelers:
- 50% of total bill must be paid upon confirmation by bank transfer or by Western Union 15 days before arrival .
- 50% before your arrival in Cairo Cash Payment . Groups:
- 50% must be paid on confirmation by wire transfer bank.
- 50% the rest of amount will be paid before arrival at least15 days by wire transfer bank.
- We accept any of the following currencies: (U.S Dollar and Euro) or any other currencie.
- We don’t accept payment by credit card over the Internet.
Cancellation Policy:
- 20 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
- 10 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 07 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 01 day before arrival date 100% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
Children Policy
1) Up till 3 years Old totally free of Charge sharing Parent’s room same basis, from 3 - 11 years old, 50% discount on adult’s rates sharing Parent’s rooms,
2) Children between above 9 Years old will be considered as an adult in Sleeping Train.
3) Excepted Domestic Flight will be 68 % from adults rate.
